	OUR SPECIAL POCKET STONES Our Surgical Black Arkansas Stones have enough "bite" to them to remove a little metal but are fine enough to hone an extremely sharp edge on your knives. We have these stones specially cut and shaped for us at the mine in Arkansas. They are about 4" long 1" wide and about 1/2" thick. These stones are crowned on the top surface (sort of coffin shaped) and are perfect for Filipino and Mexican style knives and those difficult to sharpen Hawkbill style knives.
