	Our new Knifeman kit is a little different than what is shown in the image above. It now comes with a hard paper sharpening wheel. The sharpening wheel is already charged with our new sharpening grit and is ready to use. Our matching hard paper wheel is slotted to hold more polishing compound and to help keep your knives cooler. To be sure you can safely hold your fork knives we include our Fork Knife Clamp. This simple device is like having a handle on your knives. Included is our compounds recharge kit so you can keep sharpening for a long time. $54 (SORRY, THE HATS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
